Double trouble...

Today you will see photos before and after therapy. My patient presented with two bilateral ingrown toenails with inflammation and severe pain. According to Scholz's classification, one was stage 1b and the other stage 3b.
 

I start as always each therapy following  my own original H.E.L.P. Method for assessment and for the planning of treatment.

In this case, my therapy used a system of bespoke bracing, the Arkada’s Method, combined with specialised dressings, pressure relief and correction.

As you will see, the solution didn’t just focus on the symptoms, but also addressed the primary cause of the problem. The patient experienced immediate pain relief and we worked together over several months to achieve the final goal.
